Risto Kosonen
Risto Kosonen is a well-known figure in the HVAC industry and has been widely recognized for his expertise in the field. He is a professor at Aalto University in Finland, where he has been teaching and conducting research focusing on indoor climate, high performing building services as well as energy efficiency in buildings. Risto Kosonen has authored numerous scientific publications and received several awards, including the REHVA Professional Award of Technology, for his outstanding contributions to the field of HVAC.

Xiaolei Yuan
Xiaolei Yuan is an Assistant Professor at LUT University, Finland, working in the field of Data center cooling, building performance simulation, HVAC systems, and low-carbon, energy-flexible buildings and communities. He has published 84 English papers. He served as a Scientific Committee Chair of BuildSim Nordic 2024 and has been invited to serve as Vice Chair of the SCANVAC Cold Climate HVAC Conference 2027.
