Abstract submissions

Abstract submissions, with a maximum of 250 words, are welcomed. Authors can choose to present their papers as oral presentations or posters. If indifferent, the option “Oral or Poster” can be selected during the abstract submission.

While there is no limit to the number of authors per submission, only one presenting author is allowed. A biography (maximum 250 words) is required for each presenting author, and authors are requested to identify student submissions.

Authors are requested to inform if they or their co-authors are willing to act as Reviewers. Please obtain the permission from your co-authors before suggesting them as Reviewers.

Submission Guidelines:

All submissions must be made through our portal. Abstracts sent via email, fax, or any other means will not be accepted. Submissions after the specified deadline will not be possible.

The information submitted for presentation at the conference must be original, unpublished and not being considered for publication or presentation elsewhere.

Registration and
Presentation Requirements

Authors will be notified as to whether or not their papers are accepted for presentation at the conference. Improvements in the paper content or layout can be requested, if necessary. At least one of the authors for each paper must be registered by April 20th, 2025. One registered author cannot support more than two multi-authored papers for presentation.

Conference "Virtual Bag"

Registered participants will receive a link to the Conference “Virtual bag” containing all presented papers. Papers will be included only if at least one author is pre-registered by the deadline. Best papers will be published in an indexed open-source international database, and selected papers will be invited for submission to Special Issues of renowned international scientific journals.

Language

The official language of the conference is English. All papers and presentations must be in English.
