Abstract submissions
Abstract submissions, with a maximum of 250 words, are welcomed. Authors can choose to present their papers as oral presentations or posters. If indifferent, the option “Oral or Poster” can be selected during the abstract submission.
While there is no limit to the number of authors per submission, only one presenting author is allowed. A biography (maximum 250 words) is required for each presenting author, and authors are requested to identify student submissions.
Authors are requested to inform if they or their co-authors are willing to act as Reviewers. Please obtain the permission from your co-authors before suggesting them as Reviewers.

Submission Guidelines:
All submissions must be made through our portal. Abstracts sent via email, fax, or any other means will not be accepted. Submissions after the specified deadline will not be possible.
The information submitted for presentation at the conference must be original, unpublished and not being considered for publication or presentation elsewhere.

Link to the Conference “Virtual bag” containing the submitted manuscripts of the papers presented will be distributed to the registered participants.
The Conference “Virtual bag” will include papers accepted for presentation, provided that at least one author has pre-registered by the deadline.
Peer Review & Publication
Language
The official language of the conference is English. All papers and presentations must be in English.
Presentation Modes
The designated types of presentation during CLIMA 2025 of the accepted contribution are ORAL or POSTER.
You can submit your work to a specific type or let the Scientific Committee decide which type is best applicable to your work.
If you attend the conference online, you can only choose oral presentation.
