The registration fee includes the Congress “Virtual Bag”, business lunches and coffee breaks during the Congress.

Reduced fees are available for members of REHVA Associations, REHVA and AiCARR MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) partners or supporters, students and one-day participants.

• If your Association is a REHVA Associate then you can request your discount coupon directly to the secretariat of your Association and then enter it in the checkout procedure of your shopping cart.
• As an AiCARR Member, you should have received a communication from the Secretariat with your discount codes. If you have not received it, you can request your discount coupon by writing to info@aicarr.org. Once you have the code, simply enter it during the checkout procedure in your shopping cart.
• If you are an ASHRAE Member you can request your discount coupon by writing to meetings@ashrae.org and
  then entering it in the checkout procedure of your shopping cart.

Different reduced fees are available for online-only participants and for early bird registration.

Only one fee per purchase can be added to the e-commerce cart, excluding the Gala Dinner fee.

The number of seats available for the gala dinner is limited. The requests will be fulfilled in order of arrival, until the maximum number of available seats is reached.
